Welcome to my adventures in art blog!

I am a K-8 grade art teacher in Orange, CA. I hope you will enjoy this site as a place to stay connected with the happenings in the Salem Art Classroom as well as find inspiration in your child’s artwork.

I believe that art is an integral part of a child’s education. In my class young artists experience art techniques and conceptual learning through a variety of mediums. When the student’s artwork is complete, I love filling the library gallery walls with the work my students so proudly create.

When I’m not dreaming of new art projects for my students, I like to… take my two boys to the beach, hang out with them by the pool and at home. Go on coffee/movie/lunch/dinner/bookstore/anything dates and travel with Mr. Holani. Take walks everyday with friends. Find inspiration in my environment. Doodle and create in some way every day.
